Freedom for our 54th Family: Nazir Masih and His Family

Nazir Masih with his wife Nusrat  have been making bricks for the last 15 years. When asked why he was working as a bonded labourer to the brick kiln owner he said to save his wife and children he had to pay for caesarean operations when they were born but he had no money so had to take loan from brick kiln owner. He also had problems with his eyes and had to take a further loan for an eye operation. The children had to leave school because of their poverty and to help their parents make bricks.

Thanks to your support the family is now free and the children can now go to school.

This time my math is correct. They really are the 54th family we have funded to be set free from brick kiln slavery
